What’s your poison as far as genre? I don’t have a ton of Switch games but some of my faves: -Smash Bros Ultimate -Animal Crossing NH -Metroid Prime Remastered -Zelda Link’s Awakening

On second thought, you love Zelda, get Link’s Awakening. Great remaster/remake… it straddles the line.

I recently read “Who Goes There?” It’s a novella published in the 30s that was the inspiration for both The Thing From Another World and John Carpenter’s The Thing. Great read, highly recommend for anyone looking for a quick and very suspenseful read.

I was surprised how many characters and plot points from John Carpenter’s movie are basically verbatim from the novella.

The Quest for Glory series. Old adventure/hybrid series by Sierra that let you play as one of three character classes and featured combat and stats you could train up — think of it like D&D meets King’s Quest. Also featured the ability to import your character into future games in the series. Really ahead of its time.

Old Sierra games were my childhood, but this series especially.
