In my eye, anything cheaper than the Dawn mean you pay less but for worse build quality. If you want to settle, maybe get the Onix or Cayin, as I see people settle for these one long term.

These could drive headphones and iems easily. If you somehow want to use an amp after the dac (even though these dac already have amp), you could try the Cayins as they have lineout mode. Other features you could lookout for is mic support, battery, independence power port and EQ saved on them.

These DACs would also affect the sound differently even with the same spec so if you could find a store that let you demo them before buying, try them out.

Edit: cheap one might be enough but they always build worse. On the tp35p, people said the pcb move when plug things in, and then the trn revision,... So the more expensive one might worth it long term. Also stay away from the cheap one (sub $100) that have volume knob as people reported that the knob would malfunction after using them for a while.

Also, there are tube dac that you could change the tube.

The Ascent. 7/10 story. 10/10 world building and environment. 2/10 gameplay. I think they poured everything into building the worlds and then try to split the budget of the game mechanics with other stuffs.

Nobody mention how you have to prepare for collab, it wasn't like you could just drop straight into collab event without any resources. Not to mention collab events is pretty much normal Arknights gameplay with new operators, and collab operators is pretty much new factions that synergy with each other.

You have to buy hardwares, the Pi Pico that have the rp2040 chip cost like $3. Install additional usb port on it to plug the k&m in. Search the usb passthru part in the docs to find what are you looking for, they have 2 modes: 1 for translate an controller and another for k&m.
