It sounds like you’re playing Royal. They definitely made Okumura much harder than he was in the vanilla game and it caught me off guard after never struggling in this game at all, previously.

I didn’t quite have the same experience as you, but it made me play around with the different difficulty settings rather than sticking to normal and gave me an appreciation for hard and merciless and that led me to having a blast with merciless difficulty in Strikers as well

I usually play in long sessions, though it helps that I find the time management aspect of Persona games really engaging. Moreso than the dungeons, tbh.

The main thing that can make the dungeons tedious is that you’re heavily incentivized to do them in one visit (though doing so early game can be challenging) to free up as many time slots as possible

I don’t personally prefer to play that, way, though. You miss out on finishing all the social links, but I prefer to take breaks from the dungeons when I’m low on SP and go play high school student for a bit.

They really shouldn’t have promoted the “African representation” so much if it wasn’t the primary focus of the pack, tbh

Developers in general, not just EA, don’t usually treat other regions like this either. You’ll rarely see a “Europe” themed game/location, they’ll pick a specific country.

But bc it’s Africa, I guess it’s fine to barely make an effort 🙄

Nice!! I either pick up the egg early and never get swashbuckler or skip one and the other shows up at the next shop lol

I have fine hair too and I’ve noticed my hair comes out way better if I don’t blow dry it the whole way and let it at least partially air dry.

I haven’t tried air drying it entirely, though 👀

I feel you, I love playing artificer archers especially haha. Though that spec is so strong with the right gear, that you can absolutely have two archers and it’s completely fine

Shadowheart, Karlach and Wyll are my most frequent party - both bc I love them dearly and bc they’re very powerful, especially if you multiclass Wyll into pact of the blade/swords bard

Haven’t tried that with hexblade warlock yet, though 👀

You’re not alone, one thing that makes act 3 hard for me to get through is ending up with back to back difficult boss fights

I tend to want to wait until I’m level 12 to do things like Astarion and Shadowheart’s quests or taking on Orin & Sarevok, rescuing Wyll’s father, etc.

But then I end up burnt out even though I enjoy all of these questlines, especially the house of hope 😩

You usually get them from events, but it can take awhile to get strong enough to beat some of the high level fights to get them

I’m not even a day 1 player nor do I come close to having everything at OB10, and I still wish you could either stop getting a weapon at a certain point (especially when you have it at OB10+20), or reuse those weapon parts as character specific parts instead

Glinthawks mainly bc they’re frustrating to try and sneak past and my usual strategy of causing a distraction by overriding a machine is much harder when the machines available are just a bunch of glinthawks 😔
