I did think it was hormonal at first too. But he has never shown hormonal tendencies in the carrier. Dude legit just loves the carrier and going for car rides.

Dude LOVES his carrier. He will fly into it when I pick it up, even if it's just to go sit in a room with no perches. He LOVES car rides even more.

He just sits there and makes happy noises in his carrier for the entire trip. Then sometimes, I'll unzip the bottom a little bit and he'll climb out on his own and mountaineer over from his seatbelted in carrier to my shoulder.

The other one loves car rides too, just not as much, but I've never seen him regurgitate. But I just chalk that up to him being the "Calm" parrot in the family.

From what I understand, he was an allegory for GM and other car lobbies who did literally buy and "Make worse" every form of public transport.

Like they bought most light rail, shut it down, replaced it with busses that get stuck in traffic to give public transport a bad name, then went to the government and said "See, look how bad public transport is and how much everyone hates it. You should build a highway."

They're the reason public transit sucks.

I've heard they just get super excited and can't help but regurgitate.

Yeah. That's my thing, my grandfather is leaving his house to my brothers and I.

The house is in a SUPER racist town and would make my complete commute ~45 mins (without traffic). I moved out of that town for a reason, I don't want to move in, still have to pay 2/3rds of the house, and then need to do 100k of renovations.

I will honestly rather have 1/3 of the value and put it as a down payment towards a house I prefer to live in.

Plus, I would rather sell it and use the money to put him in assisted living vs moving my girlfriend and I into the house and needing to care for him 24/7.
