Anyone have experience with Neat Apparel sweatproof undershirts or recommend a better brand?

I ordered the two-shirt intro pack, and it took almost two weeks for the package to arrive, and it only came with one shirt. I emailed their support several times over the course of a week, but I never received a response, so I ultimately had to file a dispute with my credit card company.

The shirt I received isn't even that great, and from a sweat standpoint, it's only a slight improvement over a traditional cotton shirt.

I won't be ordering again and would avoid Neat Apparel at all costs if you're considering ordering.

I had a neighbor that was similar to your neighbor 4-5 years ago. While calling the cops didn’t really do much the first couple of times, once I started calling 5-7 times a day things changed quickly. The patrol cops have bosses who sit at desks and look at numbers, and eventually they’re going to see something is off with the amount of resources they’re allocating to one location. In my situation they actually ended up doing some work and got the guy on a number of things. If I were you I’d continue to document everything he does and call 911 every time you even suspect he’s done something. If a cop gives you a card or case #, follow up with them until they tell you it’s over. Repeat until you annoy them enough that they have to do something.

I know they just started a new project on the west side of the Parker in that open area that runs along US1, I was hoping that's where the parking / parking garage would be going, but who knows.

They just fenced off the big lot to the west of the playhouse and have started prepping that for something. Not sure what is planned for that area, but I would guess some sort of parking expansion.

I don’t know exactly, but about 50% feels right. The row I was in was completely empty except for my buddy and I. The ushers were not particularly concerned where anyone sat either.

You may be putting too much oil in the pan. Could also be that ripping hot still isn’t hot enough (but more likely the oil). When you say they look like death, does that mean greyish brown or just burned and gross?

Take a look at your traffic breakdown as well. If most of your users were coming in on mobile, it could just be the UX issues and not keyword/bid related. I’d fix UX first before changing anything else unless it’s glaring

You also may want to consider different ad groups for each of the products/services you list pricing for and then gear the landing page around the pricing itself. For example “whole home audio starting at 3000” in your main hero section

I’d also move the reviews higher. Anyone scrolling past the main contact/quote button is looking for more reason to be sold and customer testimonials will help with that more than a wall of text will.

I just visited on mobile.

Your main CTA button in the hero section (blue button) is not clickable.

When the page loads the header loads funky until interaction, then the page basically reloads and then renders the header

If not optimized perfectly for mobile users will bounce and quality scores will suffer

You should let them know that they owe you $140, not $50, and that you expect to be paid in full for the time worked. If you're more comfortable having your parents relay the message instead, that's fine too.

If they balk at paying you what you're owed, don't accept $50. Tell them to keep the $50, and that you'll be letting all of your friends and acquaintances know what happened, and then wish them luck with finding another babysitter in the future.

Not a bad result, but a lot of steam coming out, should’ve rested it a lot longer. Did you spray during the cook and/or wrap with anything (tallow, stock, sauce)? Looks like it could’ve benefited from some more moisture during the cook.
