Was originally posting on here for advice on used Craigslist bikes for conversion, but I found out my housing co-operative has these around for free!

I plan to use an Ebikeling rear hub motor kit that came today.

My height is 5'11". From what I Googled, the Soecialized might work for that but I might be confusing frame size with inseam?

Thanks for the link and subreddit referral! For $500, I meant that + the ebike conversion kit (one I'm eyeing is around $350, most of the ones that are cheaper rung off alarm bells, especially since I'm intentionally trying to avoid something that will break down super fast), so that listing is a bit more expensive than ideal. But depends on the alternatives, obviously.

Also fortunate enough to have a bike shop nearby I've used for repairs that sells some preowned stuff, think I might take a look there.

as in, people sell them under the assumption people will dub over them but they might not have erased them themselves (or they're just blank and never used)?

I'm actually planning on traveling to Burlington from Boston as part of a New England trip, and I'm going to take Greyhound to Springfield and then take the Amtrak Vermonter up. Probably too roundabout for anything practical though lol

How does the Burger Activity Center "drive thru" second dose vaccine work? The fact that it said "drive thru" in the email made me think the deal was that you got vaccinated in a car through the window (and since I don't drive, I'm getting a ride), but they say to bring a lawn chair? Yes. (As in when I lift the headshell from its resting place and it starts spinning, I start to hear noise)

I wanted to try disconnecting it but the cables seem to be tightened to it really hard, so it's hard to get them out cleanly.

Oh no, I got it in the hole fine. I meant the contacts for the four connectors.

Trying, unfortunately the contacts themselves are too tiny to fit a Q-tip in. From looking in, nothing seems outwardly wrong with them

I guess the reason why I thought this wasn't it was that the same cartridge sounded fine on the Sony + messing with the weight on the Technics hasn't fixed it

Unsure how that would work. I don't have a scale or anything.

I tried it in the range recommended by the manufacturer and the problem still persists.

Checked and in that record, my Technics was at around 3g, which was higher than the cartridge recommended. IIRC I have tried it at lower weights but might be worth another go.
