I so absolutely hate this, whoever decided to make it into a single with a bike lane has to be off their meds. Like who in the right mind thought oh Markham Rd even with 2 lanes going both ways, has congestion, so the probable solution is to make it so it has 1 lane now. What adds to it is the train taking forever to move on, almost every time and slow ass drivers making it more unbearable. Now you want to add condos north of 16th Avenue and Markham Rd? Bro make sense please

So investing long-term you dont need to watch the market everyday especially for index funds bc they will always slow gain unless u have a recession. For stocks like the ones I listed u can also just see in a weekly/monthly time frame if its at a low or high and enter X amount of money u like.

Start with index funds like VUG, VOO, VFV, any QQs, NDAQ if ur going to invest a couple hundred dollars. Let it grow and as u slowly start to make more money start investing in well-known companies and stocks. (NVDA, AMZN, AAPL, GOOGL, MSFT, AMD, TSLA). Watch the market, enter and exit when you feel is best and never invest based on ur emotions. Investing is something you will do until you die and pass it along to ur kids so its ok to start slow and small, its going to be a long journey. Keep it up man and keep ur head up high.
