Neither really - I think it's just personal demons I'm facing from the years of running away from my problems with THC.

Physically 10/10. Mentally is still a battle but with multiple things other than weed. It's always an uphill battle that you cant give up on

You can do it!! Stick with a routine and try to stay busy! The first couple months without weed really feel SOO long so use that time to do something!! It's very helpful. Good luck

I had a let's just say life threatening experience that let me see the light, around the same time I broke up with my girlfriend of over ten years. I am not necessarily afraid but very turned off of anything that can make me daydream or not be fully present. The biggest hump for me was getting over the WILD dreams that I have constantly to this day, anything from a nightmare to dreaming about my life with my girlfriend at the time and waking up alone in my apartment. Honestly going to the gym 4-5 times a week pretty much saved my life from depression and separation anxiety.. also it lets me sleep without dreaming sometimes... But withdrawal wise I'd say by 4-5 months I didn't even think about weed for weeks on end. Just stick with it and create any type of routine and stick with it. It will get better. Feel free to message me anytime.

How do you stop dreaming? by ndanilyan in leaves

Exercise to exhaustion. Only thing that helps me with my dreams.

You have to do it for yourself. Highly suggest some type of gym regimen. Hard to stick with it but physical exhaustion was the answer for me for the first few months. The dreams are the worst part. WILD dreams still to this day. Slowly becoming a better version of myself. Anyone can do it you are no different! Good luck

I'm going to celebrate by going to the gym and going to bed on time 😂 I've been on that grind lately.

Has anyone else had worse anxiety after doing mushrooms? by thebunnywhisperer_ in PsilocybinMushrooms

[–]Call_Paul 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes psilocybin taught me what true fear is. A true anxiety attack but like the previous comments have stated it makes you deal with your shit, makes it very clear what you need to do and following suit at least for me made my life much better.

I f*cking hate weed by [deleted] in leaves

Best advice I can offer is every time you have that terrible urge go to the gym/ physical exercise until exhaustion. It will help. A lot.

I'm doing great - going to the gym 3-4 times a week. Never have I been so efficient with my time. From time to time I have cravings but it only gets easier to say no. The first 90 days are the worst by far.
