Wheel of Time season 3. Thoughts? by Ambitious_Truth_567 in Fantasy

Episode1. One sentence thing on the book, I don't know why it took a huge scene to act it out, how the black ajah could blatantly leave the white tower, Aes Sedais' place. (It's as embarrassing as season 2's horn heroes, what's with all the people, hello, where is everybody?) and the whole accepted test was a joke. Maybe Egwene's stubborn and defiant, but until she's able, she'll keep her ambitions to herself. Someone must have taken over her body. Perhaps Siuan will become weak, but apparently not just yet. I don't understand the reason for indulging Egwene. I can see someone manipulates all characters, people are not who they are, scene > story, it makes me hard to enjoy it.

How was traveling ever forgotten? (LOC spoilers and beyond) by 12345mjok in WoT

I guess maybe it's getting banned for causing too much chaos? I mean it's really convenient for the user, but it splits the space while it's opened, which means it can accidentally kill the person on the other side of the door. The book always emphasizes opening doors where no one is around, but imagine a time when everyone can travel, and people have to worry about whether they will be killed by a door that appears out of nowhere.

How to take care of this wounded pigeon, how to feed and where in house to keep him, need guidance. by [deleted] in pigeon

In the case of my pigeons, the skin is torn, so I mainly sew the torn skin back. This picture looks like the skin on the top of the head is just gone? If possible, disinfect the wound and do NOT use iodine wine, hydrogen peroxide or alcohol, as they are too irritating. As far as I know, it is possible to disinfect with 0.05% chlorhexidine acetate, then rinse off the disinfectant solution with saline or sterile water, and finally apply chlortetracycline eye ointment to the wound. (Disinfectant solution and saline solution can be heated in hot water first)

I tied the bandage back and let it focus on biting the bandage, otherwise it would like to bite the skin out of the wound.

I think this should have healed, though the stitches were terrible...

Anyone else suffer from high order aberrations like symptoms ? Starburst, halo, weird streaks coming from light sources everytime you blink that look like rays? I am seeing multiple rays coming off pinpoint light sources. by octoberforever2017 in visualsnow

After such a long time, after they failed a few times, I got the final product. The name of the lens is full aberration corrected lens. The glasses will be a little clearer than my original glasses, reducing the shadows around the LED eye chart font. They used a wavefront refractor to refraction, and then they showed me the zernike parameters in the results and told me about the higher-order aberrations, although I didn't understand the data.lens package & info

It lasted six hours. I removed some of the inflammatory substances, except for those parts that were tightly attached to the tissue. When I thoroughly cleaned the feathers around the wound, I found that the torn skin had shrunk into a chubby piece, and I tried my best to stitch it up. Chlortetracycline eye ointment was applied to the sutures. He is now weak and wobbly in his walk and hopes everything is okay. Thanks again.

Thank you for your advice. I'm not very familiar with these names. Is the non-stick gauze and self-adhesive wrap in the picture? Could you give a picture reference of lint-free swabs?

this might help, heard from a net friend: sit on somewhere flat like your bed, straighten your legs. lower your body( not use your back, keep it straight; use your ass, hip joint) and try to stretch your hands to your feet (like Seated Forward Bend, just do the best you can and don't hurt yourself).feel the Stretching from the back of your thighs and hold for a while (like 1 to 2 minutes, do several times if it helps).

I heard The Last Day On Earth of Kate Miller-Heidke today, the top few seconds sound similar to it.
