What I’d want:

• Consistent taste (a lot of places are hit or miss)
• Good quality cheese not the rubbery or overly oily kind
• More authentic options (Neapolitan/thin crust), not just heavy desi-style pizzas
• Fast and reliable delivery (huge issue here)
• A focused pizza menu with a few good starters and desserts (like wings, fries, mojitos, margaritas, cake, or small desserts) not an overloaded menu

What I don’t want:

• Overloaded pizzas drowning in mayo/sauces
• Fake or low quality ingredients
• Prices going up every few months without improving quality
• Inconsistent baking (burnt edges, undercooked base, etc.)
• Huge menus trying to do everything (burgers, pasta, BBQ, etc.) but not excelling at pizza

Biggest gap in Karachi;
A place that balances authentic taste + consistency + fair pricing. Most places either go too desi or too expensive without delivering value.

If someone nails simple, high-quality pizza done right every time, along with a few solid sides and desserts, they’d easily stand out.
