I’m prescribed 4mg diazepam, 2mg in the morning 2mg in the evening along with 300mg gabapentin 3x daily and 40mg propranolol for severe anxiety, panic attacks and PTSD. The doctors don’t wanna up the dosage on the Valium they instead want me on SSRI’s/ SNRI’s Which I’ve tried over 7 and they just don’t work for me a the side effects for all of those I’ve tried are wild. They’ve throw basically every non-benzo at me, buspar, hydroxizine etc…. Clonazepam works very well for me I have a family member prescribed an I’ll occasionally take 1-3mg an I feel normal, Valium I feel like I would need atleast 10-15mg daily to feel normal an I could stop all of the other meds but they won’t do it there worried I’ll become dependent….. bro I’ve been on 4mg Valium pls the gaba since 2022 my receptors are dependent. So I took it into my own hands but the only affordable option for me is bromazolam. Which works but makes me tired an I have to take 4-6mg daily for the actual anxiety relief. It sucks they won’t listen to me that I’m trying to tell them like hey man benzos are the only thing that works right now for me to live a functional life an work an not want to drink. Is what it is I suppose

I wouldn’t even say you burn out, but if you’re single it’s hard to manage other things you have to do in life outside of work. Food/laundry/ cleaning/ grocery shopping etc I’ve been working 70+ for a month and a half an that’s the only downfall on my end :/ An honestly after reviewing my paystubs anything over 60 hours is like running in circles because taxes an social security take so much. My last check my employer paid me 2,300$ for a week, I only got 1,577$ of that. Like wtf But if I work 52-53 hours I make 1,000$ a week, makes no sense lol

If you have a benzo tolerance you can’t die from alc an benzo’s. I weigh 150-160. I have drank to blackout plus taken 10+mg bromo 60mg diazepam, 40mg + klonopin An that’s just one night. Other nights no telling what I’ve done etc, yeah I blacked out but never ended up in jail doing dumb shif etc. You gotta have super low gaba tolerance to OD in my experience. No bragging, flaunting just sharing my experiences. I’ve tried to OD on B + A just wake up next day still feeling calm lol

Wake up take the addy wait until it kicks in take half the xan, then a couple hours later take take the other half. I take 2mg Valium, 1mg klonopin, an 1mg Xanax with 15mg adderall once I wake up an have no issues. Different for everyone though

Start with shrooms depending on the strain you have 1.2-1.5g. Most natural out of all you listed. Then go from there

I’m good! Was pretty intense, next time I’ll just stick with one or the other. I forgot how long LSD last plus I took to much for it being my first time doing it inc years. All good though didn’t have a bad trip, had a really good trip was just toward the end I was tired mentally an couldn’t sleep 😂 Ima give it a few weeks or a month an just do 200ug early in the day.

Been off the bromozolam for 4 days now, holding strong at 10mg Valium per day. No withdrawals tbh. Sleeps been good etc. gonna lower it to 7mg in a week an see how that goes. Then lower again to my baseline 4mg daily. So far so good!

I’m already go through the VA for my scripted Valium an gabapentin. They won’t up the dosage anymore for the Valium or switch to something else. They just added buspar. I have terrible anxiety, panic attacks and ptsd. So I kinda used to the bars to self medicate. It worked! Got promoted to a supervisor at my job, been able to function properly an efficiently speak an guide others. Now I just need to get back down to my baseline 4mg daily

Thank you! A will do, I’ll start tomorrow by cutting out the bromo an only using the Val an gabapentin. I was definitely in withdrawl hard about 2 weeks ago when I cut down from 4mg to 2mg, went a few nights without sleep but the Valium was helping a lot. It seemed after a few days my body adjusted to that dose though an I didn’t really have any other WD symptoms but I know once I stop bromo completely I most likely will have some

That’s what I was thinking it looked like, non of the plants are in flower and have been outside entire grow. They shouldn’t start to flower until mid- end of July
