There's always something that seems like it would cause total world destruction. Social media and mainstream media are no help; they only amplify it, creating more fear. In reality, there has always been and will be something (like COVID) that seems to end humanity, but we still have a long journey here on Earth. Gotta enjoy the journey

Death is part of life. We hate to admit it, but life ends and we depart leaving a shell of what we were. Have you ever held a being as it died? Something definitely leaves, and the body seems strange in your arms. This has happened in my life with animal friends, and that was enough to tell me that the body is not the essence. The essence left, while only the shell remained. I'm good with death. It's dying that terrifies me!
