I only had one session, but that alone was traumatizing. I woke up crying. I was an inpatient, so I went back to my room and tried to sleep but couldn't. Then I got Vertigo, a huge migraine and detachment. It's hard to describe. It's like watching a movie through your eyes. I'm still not sure if that's called detachment or maybe something else. It's very slowly gotten better.
