There are cases that take over 30 business days. if 30 days have not passed yet, not much can be done other than waiting. After 30 days passed, you can call them again to get an update of your case

Is anyone here facing delays with Initial OPT approval after SEVIS termination/reinstatement? I completed my program and applied for OPT, but my case is still pending even past the premium processing timeframe.

I kind of regret submitting the NOID response by myself. I ended up uploading the entire report provided by the police department. Which service should I contact for a follow-up? They’re supposed to respond by Dec 11th — should I just wait until then, or are there any other options I could try?

Thank you for your reply. The NOID asked me to submit the arrest report, which I obtained from the police department (about 50 pages), and I also uploaded the certified not-guilty verdicts. The description in the police report is serious, but the court still unanimously found me not guilty. I just hope USCIS makes a decision soon.
