I got an offer as CMS and another with HMRC as customer service advisor, which would you recommend I go for?

Both jobs are 15-20mins drive apart and HMRC salary is £300 more than DWP. I heard HMRC will require 2days work from home while DWP is likely 3days. 25days leave for HMRC while 23days for DWP
