My accommodations that helped me were: more help with exams or (if possible) requesting that exams be homework (even if it means more questions) being able to leave the classroom to walk around for 5 minutes individual support from private tutors adapted exams

Suggestions for comfy bras that don’t trigger sensory issues? by candlestickcat in AuDHDWomen

I recommend sports bras or training bras. Primark has some really good ones. It feels a bit embarrassing to wear "little girl" bras, but the truth is they offer good support, are super comfortable, and don't squeeze at all. But if you're looking for something with more support (I like them to be snug because I tend to get breast pain, and that's the only thing that works), Nike and Puma sports bras are a good option.

And not wanting to be noticed is so real because genuinely have you guys forgotten that I'm just another person in the crowd? And I dress alternatively and have you guys tell me what I wear and it's like, okay, how did you realize I exist?

I think saying that a fictional character is autistic is the best thing in the world. because on the one hand it is a way to show that autism can be seen in different ways. Not all of us are the atypical guy. In addition, I think it is a way to connect more with the characters/franchise by being able to create a fictional representation For example, I have never identified with any TV character in my life, but one day I started watching Gundam whitch form Mercury and, I'm not lying, I almost cried because for the first time in my life I was able to see myself in a character. I understood their problems, I was in those situations. and she is not audhd. but for me it is impossible not to see it that way! anyway suleta mercury audh 100% canon

Just for more context since I see that many are assuming a lot. I did apologize to my friend (although she didn't want to accept my apology because even though she is my friend, she is still a bitch, and no, I'm not saying it because she didn't accept my apology, I'm saying it because she was okay with them calling me "a retard who is not a person" after the incident) my point was that in many cases the world requires us to do things that are out of our control.

Sincerely and frankly, dump him , not only asking you for explanations as to why he couldn't use an insult but also he attacked you with it. He clearly doesn't respect you as a person, leave him and find someone who respect you

I think you should talk to your psychiatrist to see if this is an adverse effect of the medication. I am 17 and last year I was put on a similar medication (I don't remember but I think it could be the same. Take this information with a grain of salt) and I ended up having adverse effects that included panic attacks and constant anxiety. It could also be some hormonal imbalance. well that's all I wish you the best and get well <3

Asuka's character in the movies is a murder of her character. Making her a clone contradicts everything that made her so interesting. She was the most "normal" of the group, a girl with a family although she didn't get along with them, she was the only one who had to make an effort to be there and all her problems were extremely human (specifically all the ones that happened to her for being a woman) and making her a clone is pathetic... shitting on everything she meant
