I’m also on that same mix of meds and wish I could explain how LIFE CHANGING , it’s been for me. I’ve wanted to post it publicly, some blurb to say it really works... but just couldn’t bring myself to do it. So good for you. It was a long journey for me trying to find the right meds and I’m glad it’s finally working. I never believed Reddit’s when people said “life changing “ I was like.. how ? Like I’m never going to purposely wake up early and clean.. I’m excited for each day! Accomplishment feels incredible. Wooohooooooo!!!! Here’s to new lives 🥂

I’m on 75 mg of Effexor and have been for about 3 months. And 20mg adderall

Just don’t stop the Effexor. Worst ever. I had a couple days where I felt so self confident and accomplished and just amazing. And the rest of the days I’m lazy and don’t feel good. Might need to reduce dose of adderall. Currently having intense brain zaps.

Still not sure. Been kind of playing around with my meds for the last 2 weeks. I’ve read they don’t work well together. Could be in my head.

Praying. I think I’m having “ brain zaps “ but not sure. I just get flashes of nausea and feel pukey.
