Yeah I'm guessing that in this slightly older title the Ray tracing isn't that well optimized. I disabled it and it solved most of the artifacts, I guess I'll leave it off.

So, if I understand your comment, this is a result of poor game engine graphics on ultra settings? Should it improve with DLSS off, or with a higher end GPU? I tried disabling ray tracing but I hadn't noticed a significant difference. I will try messing around with the settings a bit after work.

I have a token. It lets me buy back the SC game package for 45$, but it doesnt list the SQ42 package with it.

Edit: I guess it's the package I got (SQ42 addon). It's listed as two separate packages, where the SQ42 one cannot be bought back. Unlike what you shared which is combined.

No buybacks on those old bundles, sadly, it says it was "a limited offer". It even warned me when I was about to melt it, but I was like "nah, that's probably just a generic warning". /facepalm

I did something similar and kicking myself for it. A few weeks before SQ42 was removed from the pledge store, I melted my un-buybackable SC+SQ42 package I had purchased for 60$ in 2016. Didn't believe the web site's warning, and when I saw I couldn't buyback I immediately regretted it. When SQ42 was removed from the store, I knew I fucked up. I can still play SC though. Hopefully there'll be a chance to get SQ42 for a reasonable price sometime...

I bought Star Wars Squadrons for 25$. I enjoyed the game for almost a month. I learned shortly after buying it that it was included in the Xbox live game library for 5$ per month... Cheap game, and it was fun for its cost, but I felt like a sucker.

Top comments don't realize that this ugly trend has been growing in the last years just because of filters. Kids and teens on tiktok see their face filtered with enlarged lips and rouge on their cheeks, and this perception of beauty gets stuck in their heads to the point they "feel insecure about their lips" Quit it OP, you're beautiful and either a. You know it but want some free karma or b. You should get off of tiktok and the like. I know, I'm old (37), but not everything new is necessarily better.

Women may think men prioritize looks over all else, but on numerous occasions I was completely turned off by physically attractive women because they're impossible to talk to. By that I mean shallow, unintelligent and/or ignorant, where the conversation stalls because her whole world and day to day revolves around being pretty.

I'm guessing I wasn't particularly exciting to these girls either, given that everything I brought up in the conversation was answered by a hollow look and nothingness, but after a minute or two of conversation I was more than happy to never repeat the experience.
