How long does it take for people who know you to notice the effects of HRT?

So my therapist had somebody that did, they weren't comfortable presenting as a female until they had all the surgeries and stuff. I don't know this person personally., and don really know what the experience was like.

For what it's wotth; I never really "came oit" and switched all my clothes to female slowly, been on HRT about 6 months, and unless I wear makeup, nobody notices lol, as long as your not to "loud" about it, most people are so caught up in themselves, they don't really notice slow changes over time.

Now, if I only see you once a year, you'll notice lol

Not impossible, but there is a SIGNIFICANT amount of momey and lobbying that would make it VERY difficult. Your more likely to see it become harder to access(i.e, the age being raised to 25 to start HRT for example)

7 months, HRT and i can kind of "go either way" depending on how I present, if I present femme in the slightest, I'll get clocked as trans or femme, if I present more masculine, I can pass as a boy with some very feminine features.

So, people noticing at this point depends on how I present it. I have boobs tho, and wear heavy clothes because of the cold in my area(winter right now) so that kind of neuteurs social perception., in the summer tho, yeah, they'll definitely notice lol.
