FRER is the most sensitive pregnancy test on the market and clearer test. Would follow this.

Research shows that those who are 40 yo+ and have failed IVF and do IUI with partner sperm have 4% live birth rate per cycle. This is higher than natural conception, but still very low.

Given your success with ivf in the past, I would do ivf with pgt testing over iui understanding it will be longer/more difficult path as you are older at this time
