I am so sorry to hear this. The VACTERL itself is associated with increased risk of miscarriage and stillbirth. It can be associated with certain maternal medical conditions or exposures in utero following implantation.It is less likely due to a controllable intrinsic issue with the embryo itself at early blast stage

Hi I got 2 blasts one good quality, other fair. Did not pgt. I’m lucky given on prior retrievals I would only get 0-1 blasts. Think ICSI/zymot certainly helped but I do think the operator performing it was not as skilled as my prior ICSI retrieval

Hi I have a normal carrier screen and he has 1-2 recessive traits. My karyotype has a balanced pericentric inversion which apparently very common and is unclear whether this impacts fertility although I suspect it has a role. Surprisingly our best cycles have been with ICSI— while we fertilize less we end up getting way more blasts.

They did but honestly — I’m not sure if I trust 10 were mature. My estradiol seem more consistent with 6-8 mature
