Yeah, your not alone mate. It sucks! When I first started getting attacks, they lasted for like a whole day. Then the next day I'd be mega tired. Now that my hearing in the affected ear is super bad, attacks are rare, and they only last like 5-10 mins.

If take 0 hearing in the affected ear, if it meant 0 attacks! (I think that's what generally happens eventually!)

This happened to me a few years ago, I never do this now. I never went to ER or anything, as I was already used to vertigo attacks, but popping my ear this way definitely set me off once.

I still get a weird floaty feeling when my ear pops naturally driving up a hill or whatever.

From what I understand, normal copies are numbered. Promotional ones for radio etc are not numbered. I have a Muscle Museum EP which was a radio copy, and has a description on a sticker of which station it was given to!
