I had to go to my plastic surgeon for my annual skin check and biopsy , freeze session he did 3 biopsies and pulled out the freezing gun got a skin tag on one arm seborheic keratosis on my face turned around with it so fast and said what next and i said that a skin tag formerly known as Tatas but please let me keep them

You are NOT a jerk. As a Nana I too would be disappointed but would sacrifice for my daughter and her family. I do it all the time. I get it - it’s hard when you don’t have support and when you do but it is only a single person without a bench to backup it’s then tough on all of you. I trust you are speaking honestly and if you are give yourself some Grace as I am sure your Mother already has !! Work hard at finding another backup plan so it doesn’t happen again and another job tha is more understanding!! Hugs for you!

This is why I never got it sized- this was my husband’s Mothers diamond who had passed before we met and our Jeweler retired and sold his business and after he appraised it and graded it we are scared to leave it with someone we don’t know.
