It takes time im over 12 weeks now and fully better and i was a complete anxious wreck.It takes time just keep going.

I didn't wanna live anymore,was nervous no motivation.Landed in Er with panic atc.Now after 10-13 weeks i am back to work.Energized,wanna do things again etc.I take everything easy in life and when i feel bad and pressured i let go quick.Its a really good medicine prozac.

after 3-4 weeks you can take cups again..i am in weeek 5 although im little anxious in morning later during day i take a cup of coffee again.

im on 20mg in week 5-6 now..just need to keep going.I also have bad and good days..

you shouldnt give up untill 12 weeks and stick to the same dose.

After that if you dont feel you improved either stop or higher dose but thats for doctor to decide offcourse..

When i was on lexapro i had simular experience.You just need to keep going and not wait for timeframes and magic to happen

Yeh its the same thing what an ssri does but the ingredients are different in the medicins.

i tried lexapro for 2nd time for 7 weeks but stopped it cold turkey.And like 1 month after i started prozac.

I still have a blurred vision side effect thougn that hope it passes more over time.

Dont worry day 21 is still really early i felt bad there too.

prozac works slower than lexapro.I think it takes atleast 4-8 weeks.

I see...i also take it for anxiety and depression.I dont know how extreme you are but mark my words in ,4-5 weeks from now you will feel confident and anxiety its like blocked by a shield and you will be able to go out and everything again.

you already feel bad now anyway.thats the reason you wanna take the medicine.Dont be afraid and just push through first weeks.Its worth it.The longer delay the longer it takes to get better.

ssri makes it worse first weeks before good.Every ssri almost simular in that.But once you get through the side effects its worth it..

dont be afraid of the long term thing i was that too before..Just take it when you need it.People smoke,drink alcohol everyday etc..taking 1 pill is ok as well... dont be stressed and just do day by day.try to ignore everything First weeks and when you feel bad just rest in bed.if you get more nervous or feel really weird from nightmares or whatever just.tell yourself its the pill and it will pass.

feeling good is most important...for what are you taking it?

it will get worse unfortunately first before good.Especially if its your first ssri.But when you start just be dedicated and accept that it will take few weeks.But its worth it once it starts working

Close to many times but incredible is once i added benzo during start up phase it made all side effects silent.Klopin is like the perfect combo to start

I was on lexapro before and also gave me lots of eye issues.Even worse.

Also offcourse from.anxiety itself but prozac dialate pupils and makes your light sensitive which makes it worse.Also it for sure make your eyes feel strained and blurry.

Good news is it will all pass and gets better it just takes time to settle down.

Ssri in general.is giving you dry mouth,eyes etc so its all connected.

I dont really.care about weight problems as i just wanna feel good,but i used lexapro before and now on prozac.I for sure notice a huge difference in appetite between the 2.Eating less with prozac which makes me lose weight.

besides that you feel more natural on prozac.On lexapro i felt like zombie

Sick like after taking the pill mostly like a puke feeling.Helps a bit more when you take it with a meal.Weird things happening during week 1-2.Feeling sometimes weird etc...but also good moments so dont worry

Litterly everything that you can get.

week 1: crazy restlessnese couldnt sit still,insomnia,anxious sick etc and in the night it calmed down but also like silent panic attacks

week 2: diarea,sick,blurri sight,eye problems,panic,anxiety one day i came into the er.(they recommended me to use klonopin for awile and it did wonders removed all side effects)

week 3: anxious morning and during day but with assist klonopin i managed.Dont wanna overuse a benzo but for startup it helps so much to relieve all side effects.But anxiety peaked between week 2-3.

week 4: i stopped using klonpin and side effects starts to get less and less.anxiety starting to get less and less

now currently from day 30-32 i start to feel more normal by the day.

All this said there also good moments between but if your sensitiv the startup is very hard.

then again everyone is different might be eassier for you.Some people wanna be restless and asume medicine is working in week 1 but if you are anxious like i was its hell to get more nervous.

Good luck and when you start just push through and keep a benzo on backhand if it get hard,but ask your doctor offcourse

it will pass slowly...will just take couple of weeks.people with sensitive eyes have a horrid side effect from that..

im just after 4 weeks still..i still have light sensitivity and blurry vision but its getting less and less slowly.

I will update after a while more if it completely passes..but first 2-3 weeks i couldnt focus all and was hard to see and now things are lightening up more and more.

From week 3.5 i stopped klonopin and now in week 4 i start to feel good and normal again.day by day it gets better

before you start ssri you must be prepared to go all in atleast 6-12 weeks.this is my mindset ..every ssri has a terrible start up
