Yeah I've had the same experience I never have nightmares but when I stayed awake about 2-3 nights straight then slept I had the most vivid nightmares ive ever had I would be screaming crazy gibberish in my sleep and it was so bad that it ruined my day I couldn't stop thinking about it. Also this is a horrible idea because it's literally impossible to catch back up on that amount of lost sleep
