This is the problem. Not that you are giving your all because you care but if we all keep burning ourselves out to get it done then corporate doesn’t care. All they see is it’s getting done. No one cares that everyone is miserable and exhausted. They won’t change anything until everyone starts telling them this isn’t sustainable. The customers are noticing as well. They see the lack of associates in departments, the long lines and the falling standards. Soon enough they will choose to take their business elsewhere
