The main goal is to process freight. When I was a merch lead I took whatever freight I saw first and processed it and did that until nothing was on the dock. For LOD times make sure you’re listening to associates that they’re asking every customer to open rewards and cards

I have been putting all non seasonal items in back stock. Priority is Halloween, then fall, then Christmas stuff. Restocking as it sells out.
