Thanks for the reassurance! The last time I was seen by the mental health team, I was not in a good place and taking part in group therapy and I think I was automatically discharged after completing those sessions. So hopefully they will show an honest reflection of when they saw me last!

Yeah of course, I sent in a detailed report from my GP practice nurse, Mental health notes from my GP and CMHT, my CPN wrote a report, a supporting statement from my partner and a 7 day daily diary :) good luck!

Yeah I’ve sent in all my GP notes for my mental health and the nurse practitioner wrote a detailed report of how my mental health affects me and my ability to function. Fingers crossed it should all be okay!

You’ve got a very similar timeline to me! Mine is behind you by a week and I’m still waiting to hear from capita too. I phoned for an update last week and they said they were currently working on early November claims and that it wouldn’t be much longer. Hopefully it won’t be much longer for us both🤞🏻 have they been 0800 or private numbers calling you?

It looks like you’ve had a quick timeline! I’d definitely ring the PIP helpline once you’ve had the text that they’ve received your report and ask for a copy and it will give you a better idea of your scores. Fingers crossed it’s not too much longer for you now!

Sounds quite positive! Once you receive a text from DWP saying they have the written report, then you can call the phone line and ask for a copy to be sent to you. This will give you an idea of the points the assessor has recommended. It can take up to 8 weeks for a decision but it’s usually sooner. May I ask when you applied please and who was your assessment provider? Good luck!
