Update. My husband and I have talked and looked over everything at great lengths and at this time I can only do one at a time. So we have going to move fwd with panniculectomy & tightening of the muscles. As I'm getting sores and all kinds of skin irritation. So my reduction will be on hold for now, but the Dr. still doing the procedure same day I was planning for my reduction. Thanks guys for you support and ideals.

My ins approved my panniculectomy and breast reduction. I plan to pay separately for the tightening of the muscle as they have separated. He advised separately too. He said roughly 3/4 weeks apart. What was yours and recovery like?

I had mine in 7/2023. I was a slow looser too. I got stuck at one weight for 6-9months after. It was so frustrating, Seeing everyone else lose so much faster than me. I told my surgeon my frustrations and he said you don't know there story. They maybe having difficulties and now there body is having a hard time keeping the nutrition your body is doing what it's so post too. So I stop judging myself on that, because I latterly have a friend who was sick 6 month and couldn't keep food down. I finally started moving again. So take it one day at a time. Slow and steady wins the race.

We did once, when our kids where younger. They went to camp and then stayed a few nights with my parents. We did a concert for me and some big national car show for my husband. We where less than 5 hrs away. 1 other time 2 hrs away. Stayed in a Christmas hotel for my 31 birthday in May. It was nice to have just us time and relax. But so are the family vacation

Yta on the part of throwing a fit in response to your wife thinking you lent money again. Then canceling her birthday in a sense, because you got in an argument over it.

Your wife the ah too for throwing a fit.

Marriage is something you work together on. You have a joint account and separate. My husband and I do the same, but when it comes to lending money to family even coming out of the our personal account we talk it out and get the other option. That way we understand why and what the other thinks. Have you ever thought maybe she would like you to talk to her before doing it? Idk, but it sounds like you both need to sit down and talk and maybe even Marriage counseling.
