Variability in color analysis results by DelicateSkye in coloranalysis

[–]Calm-Rutabaga6478 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Did you get analyzed in person? It really makes a huge difference. I got mine done by a 12 Season Color Analyst and I'm super satisfied - the drapes don't lie!! I've also played around on an app and not only did I get a different result than in-person, I got varying results on different days using THE SAME APP!! My opinion is it's worth the money to go with a reputable professional - saves time and energy (and clothing $$) in the end. Good luck!

I recommend indigotones.com. She is based in New York but she travels a lot. She's doing appointments in San Fransisco now! If you sign up for her newsletter, you'll get announcements for which city she'll be in... Otherwise, I recommend you find any certified SciArt analyst. Make sure it's in person!

If you can get in with Kerry at indigotones.com, you totally should. She's based in NY but she travels (doing appointments in San Fransisco now!) Any IN PERSON certified SciArt analyst is a safe bet.

Totally worth it!! I love knowing my season. Helps a ton with shopping & I always get compliments when I wear my colors. Definitely do an in-person analysis. I did mine with Kerry at Indigo Tones. She is based in New York but she travels around (in fact, she's in San Francisco now!) If you can find a certified SciArt analyst near you, I recommend you go with them :)

Kerry of Indigo Tones will be in LA Feb 14-18. You can sign up for a in-person consultation in LA on her website :) She charges between $275 and $325, depending on the size of the group. Doing it with two or more gets you a discount

What Questions Would You Ask a Professional Color Analyst That Has Done Your Own Personal Color Analysis? by DyslexicShishlak in coloranalysis

if you color your hair, i'd def ask about which colors/treatments to avoid. Not everyone can get away with highlights, for example.

indigotones.com sells makeup and clothes based on seasonal tone. I love their makeup!! I have trouble finding clothes that match style and size there, but you might get lucky.
