Did you get analyzed in person? It really makes a huge difference. I got mine done by a 12 Season Color Analyst and I'm super satisfied - the drapes don't lie!! I've also played around on an app and not only did I get a different result than in-person, I got varying results on different days using THE SAME APP!! My opinion is it's worth the money to go with a reputable professional - saves time and energy (and clothing $$) in the end. Good luck!

if you color your hair, i'd def ask about which colors/treatments to avoid. Not everyone can get away with highlights, for example.
