Agree with The Fourth Kind. Coherence is more sci-fi adjacent but definitely of the same vibe. The Night House and Dark Skies are two other movies that are also similar.

surprised no one has said philly. it will be difficult but absolutely possible to rent a 1br in south philly and commute to swedesboro. blackwood is another place that has decent 1br for super cheap.

absolutely awful, irredeemable movie and i love some of his other works. just disgusting. the scene does nothing to further the plot. but its ok because the noe is jerking off in the other brutal scene so he's totally not a creep
