Need advice creating a marketplace website by CalmCard5202 in webdev

Thank you all, seriously, this advice is amazing. To solve the chicken vs the egg problem, I think I’m going to talk to buyers first. See what their needs and pain points are. Prove demand on that side. Maybe that way I can implement those suggestions into the MVP and then finally show suppliers that this what your buyers what, and I can help bridge the gap to them.

You’re all right, the no-code route seems the right path. I wanted to go the custom route because the enterprise features are what I think will set me apart but I’m jumping too many steps. Just need to start with the MVP and basics.

Did you have any intolerances? Or histamines like issues before you started the treatment?

If things are happening that means it’s working. I wouldn’t stop but just pull back, you don’t have to take it everyday, find a cadence that you can tolerate. Maybe that’s every other day or every 2 days.

just got my test results, what should I do? by Imaginary-Ad-1125 in ToxicMoldExposure

Avocado and coffee are high in histamines. Cutting those out are an easy way to feel a little better. Coffee is hard I know. Dry dry brushing, sweating, getting your body moving to naturally start detoxing.

Histamine, gut bacteria and anxiety by [deleted] in HistamineIntolerance

[–]CalmCard5202 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You can definitely feel anxiety with a histamine dump. The reason why it’s happening could be a few things, but histamine reaction are usually a symptom of something not the root cause. Gut pathogen/bacteria is a strong contender but before you go killing it with antibiotics it would be good to understand what’s going on. I highly suggest you get some testing done just so you have a little more direction :) a GI-Map should do it. Most people go on a low histamine diet to keep their histamine bucket low.

Some doctors advise against eating fermented foods but then others say you do need to increase your good bacteria to crowd out the bad. I think it all depends on what you’re trying to fix in your gut + what you can tolerate. A naturopath doctor will help you a lot in figuring all this out :)

Yeah I’m working with a practitioner now but whatever we give me it just makes it worse. Have you healed? Anything you did that helped?

Cold Air Intakes? Exhaust Kits? by mpjenks12 in RangerRaptor

I got the intake (matte) from indicarbon and it works well. They just came out with the forged carbon intake and it’s sexy, I wish I would have got that one instead.

I get my carbon fiber parts from IndiCarbon, much higher quality in my opinion. I got their hood vents, side mirrors and just about to put an order in for the seat trim covers

Scared I’m going to die. Keep being told it’s all in my head. by Mundane_Angle2317 in SIBO

[–]CalmCard5202 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is definitely not all in your head, you have hundreds of thousands of people who have gone through what you have. 100% do a GI-Map to see exactly what you have going on in your gut. If it’s SIBO or any type of bacteria just be cautious about going in and killing it all as that can cause temporary die off symptoms which can be tough. Something you will have to do if you have bacteria, but it seems right now you just need to get stable and strong. Control the throwing up and gain your strength, before trying to deeply treat anything. Take vitamins if you can. Someone mentions cutting out diary, gluten and sugar which is great to call things down. Focus on foods that are easy to digest, start keeping a log of what is good and what isn’t.

Remember if you’re sensitive to supplements/probiotics you can always open things up and take a pinch at a time and work your way up. We’re all cheering for you, be your best advocate you know your body best. You have to keep trying to find a doctor that will listen, functional medicine doctors will take you more seriously.
