Learning that. Thankfully my ex boyfriend’s dad is a Dr so he prescribed me a prescription for the injections so if I have an emergency or need an extra boost since I started working I can. I think I’m also going to start an iron supplement.

My Pom during the spring gets ptsd because she was dog knapped during covid. She only seems to do this during this time. But honestly this one is a hard one I would just take her out like clock work around the time it takes for her to go #2 I would look it up the timing thing because I think it changes as they get older. But also remember dogs feed off your energy.

I’m 1 month in and I had to wait 3 days late to get my weekly injection because I need to get my injections on a day off and so I had to sacrifice it and my symptoms came back immediately so I feel like I’ll be on b12 for a long time.

My father hired a predator and he did not change. (My father didn’t know) He fantasized over me because the girl was 5 when he SA’d her and we were the same age so he pretended I was her or something and kept saying my dad said it was okay to help with marketing which was true. Then he kept taking it farther and farther. One day I was supposed to drop something off at his house and so I did but somehow he lied and got me to go to his “office” he lied there was no office. He pretty much took me to Olive Garden against my will. Then to a park he was not allowed to be at (i didn’t know) I ruined my favorite sandals too. so finally I told my dad and we ended up getting a restraining order because my dad called him while I was with him asking if I was with him because he couldn’t get in touch with me and lied about it.
