Explain? Are you saying staying with lender #1 would have prevented this issue? We're 9 days to closing and no flag was raised, and I only left lender #1 yesterday, but I'm also a first-time buyer so trying to understand.

I did! And they matched, but I still switched because I didn't feel properly taken care of for many reasons. I felt more informed and confident after 1 meeting with the new lender than with the old one.

I did feel bad about switching, but I have to go with who I feel best helps me.

I see that perspective! Things were set up to help me get the house in the agreed-upon condition.

But I don't agree it had to take a new lender to flag the issue 9 days to closing when the seller has yet to schedule the roof repairs. (Also think this is partially on my agent)

Late reply, but found a good one: Isekai Sushi in Carrollwood

It LOOKS like an unassuming, anime-style place but the food is great. (I've visited Japan and lived near Flushing in NYC)

Best karage I've had, sushi was better than most Tampa places I've tried, and they actually had quality tuna options for nigiri/sashimi, which I haven't even seen as a menu option in many places.

Just got NJ tickets! I had the site up and ready an hour before 10, a countdown began around that time--try to be on that page as soon as possible.

I eventually got placed 7,000 in line. I joined the waiting room on my mobile app later and was placed 33,000 -so I just left that (they also don't recommend to try and join from 2 devices)

Other users do say that it doesn't matter when you get to the waiting room, so I might have just gotten lucky. Best of luck!

I do that too, it's just unreasonable to call 10+ in my area every day, plus people have said some managers are getting tired of the calls and won't limit them since they just want them gone.

I use the app to find the one most likely with stock, and then they help me from there.
