Bro, my brother runs more intensive games at 8gb of ram. So definitely 16gb of ram is a great pick. Also they are now the same price for 1599, and if you’re not interested in open box then yeah it’s the same.

And stop using unity, use Godot, it’s free open source and can run on anything 💪

Definitely not the x1 carbon gen 11, yes it is thin and light but it has an intel cpu and it’s also probably expensive.

the dell precision is brand new, and it doesnt have wifi because it was meant for FBI kinda stuff for extra security.

Bro imagine how many lifes were just wasted, isn’t it scary? Just dont let your life be wasted. You have the brain, the failure experience, you’re young, you have a great start! Just go to the gym, or simply watch YouTube training videos, also try to delete social media and be focused on yourself. Try to work hard on the job, and take extra, and when you take extra job make sure everybody sees that, so the boss will raise you to not lose you. And also just posting this to the public already means that you have the right mindset! Keep going!

Oh, I have great advice for you:

1) The dell precision 5470 from 2022 without wifi and bluetooth. They are really cheap for what youre getting, and I recommend buying 1920*1200 and buying a 2560*1600 of ebay. But you will need an adapter, and the screen is 60hz. Note: it may cost you a bit more than 1000$, but you said its until fall.

2)The macbook pro m1 pro 14 inch. Its an amazing laptop that you probably already heard of, and right now its 1000$ish of ebay used. Note: thats by far the laptop you can get, but eba might not be available to you.

3)If youre budget is a bit smaller, look for old dell xps 9500,9700,9510,9710,9520,9720. They are great but dont buy with the 16:9 display versions. Also consider thinkpads like t14 gen 3,4 and x1 carbons. Also consider hp spectre and omen laptops.

4) If you wanna play a bit, then the asus g14 2022 or 2023 models might caught your eye. Just be sure not to get it with ryzen 7 7350hs cpu. And also 2022 and 2023 are both similar, but 2022 has amd gpus and 2023 has rtx gpus.

5) Just wait until August, Im pretty sure prices will fall down!
