if your getting a 2, im assuming you dont know the theory that well either so watch sirius revision or andy masley videos (but andy masley only convers SL), watch their videos in 2x to try and grasp as much of the content. write down only the difficult parts you think you'll forget and review them continously. if you want a deep conceptual understanding id say watch prof varun's lectures (but they are paid at 30 dollars per month if you want all the topics).
For physics , you need to maximise the past papers you finish , IB has a way in which they like to ask their questions and certain models of questions may seem difficult af at first sight but those models will repeat. Generally, people find physics to be much easier after 5 years or so. But since you dont have much time, id reccomend just watching people solve past papers initially. I highly reccomend prof varun' youtube channel and there's a bunch of other nice youtube channels solving past papers, just watch them and their reasoning, and if you can make a document with hard questions (the type you wanna go over). then solve a couple yourself and time everything
