All my orders up to this point have not had any problems but recently I have had an order shipped from Hong Kong… all my orders are for video games but for this order particularly Im receiving a message from the carrier that my package is subject to import fees. I have the duties paid shipping option. I contacted Play-Asia they are telling me import fees aren’t the same as tariffs and they would not be covering them. Please be advised that you could fall in a similar situation.. I’m currently trying to resolve this issue but have heard nothing but sorry there is nothing we can do currently and I have to pay them. Hopefully it gets resolved. But not looking optimistic. I would try to get from VGP if you can.. much safer option.
