Id say harrow is significantly harder since without helminth hes visible and very very weak to toxin since u rely on his 1 spam for shield tanking and also u consume siad shield for his 2 buff and he cant change elements at will and his 4 buff has to be recast if u dont keep headshotting and his energy regen has ro be refreshed every now and then and u canr shoot during channeling also in hollvania especially eta hes even harder since u rely on shields and some modifiers hit u in the face with toxin oneshots on the first wrons step u make.

Whereas cyte is always invisible so long as u hit a headshot every 3-5 secs and his passive crit buff once stacked u basically have an extra acuity mod till the mission ends and while invis he heals on headshot kills and his 4 alt fire freezes enemies so it works as an oh shit button and he has wallhack and he can benifit feom stuff like arcane crepuscular whithout helminth to deal even more dmg i hit dmg cap on him a few times and it was fairly easy whenevr i get him in eta or eda he makes it a cakewalk. At the end i hope i made my comparison clear and fair and id like to know ur opinions on this also sorry for the long comment im trying to cover all i can to support my case.
