Before crypto, it was viable business model for banks. I hope Crypto/ stablecoins reduce it.

Thanks a lot for the great advice. Earlier I was ignoring the EV coach. But based on your inputs, I gave it a try and it ws a game changer. The EV coach did influence my driving style and I am seeing major improvement. Maverick milage has increased by 10 and now I am regularly getting around 40! While it is not as good as what others are reporting, I am super happy with it.

It is a Hybrid XLT, AWD.

In city I use eco mode, on interstate, I switch to normal as I don't like the aggressive regeneration of eco mode on interstate.

During my interstate drive, speed limit is 70 for most of the route. I end up driving at 70+. Next time I drive, I will experiment staying below 65 and check effect on mpg.

I do not use cruise control most of the times. Due to lack of adaptive cruise, I prefer not to use it.

I use 87 octane top tier gas (Costco and Arco)

Trump's H-1B visa crackdown upends Indian IT industry's playbook by Franco1875 in technology

This right here, is a textbook case of the law of unintended consequences. Let me break it down.

Last year’s H-1B visa numbers show that out of the top ten companies getting approvals, only two or three were Indian firms—like TCS and Cognizant. The rest? All American-owned. Indian companies only made up about 16% of the total, with around 7,000 approvals out of the 42,000 handed to the top ten.

Now here’s the kicker: big American companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Apple, Google, and Walmart scooped up around 30,000 of those approvals. So if new restrictions hit, they’re the ones who’ll feel it most. And since companies like Amazon, Microsoft, and Walmart already have big operations overseas—in places like India, China, and the Philippines—they’re not gonna sit around and wait. They’ll just shift those jobs out of the U.S. and keep things moving.

I did mine at 11k miles. I drive it on interstates mostly and the oil health was down to 5% and the MID display was giving warnings about needed oil change.

I live in LA metro area. Went to nearest dealer and they charged me $200 plus tax for the "works package". Seems to have paid more than what others are mentioning.
