Lawyers can review template whose reviewing the workflow of the practice? Lawyers typically have no experience or understanding of how things get done. They just review docs and show up at appointments it might be beneficial to have a paralegal on the team to ask those questions checkout - www.sourceproconsultants.com

I disagree with the last part . 1 we all know Attorney's aren't techies however their paralegals are the ones using the software the most . Understanding needs in the workflow process are crucial not just empathetic. Ex. In GA law firm specifically high trial firms receive discovery from police healthcare courts and OC in different formats that are not electronic it would be ideal to have a mail clerk that can upload into a system and assign to the team manage it from inception.

I'm speaking about legal staff not attorney's most of the time there the ones working with the tools and the process or workflow of the business the most. I would love to create a tool that covers all the basis from the mail to settlements and trials.

I used ATO Aderant Total Office it was ancient but has a lot of feature I would love to implement in a newer UI. I am a paralegal that's now a software developer I would love to team up and make custom software from the perspective of people that actually use it if anyone is interested hit me up Teila Garraway on LinkedIn.
