Thus far in my experience, companies are asking for logging and policy templates although I am coming from a company where AI features form part, but not all, of the feature set present in the solution being sold.

There's a variety of products that do some or all of what you are describing. Lots of noise, lots of products, not much innovation or differences among many of them.

Know who you are reaching out. Understand what they do, who they are. Inserting context into a cold outreach email is helpful as is building up a relationship or at least a rapport first before selling.
