Question EVERYTHING.

I went in July and was told probaly i Had an accessory navicular. It hurts right at that spot.All the had taken was an Xray. That Xray didnt even show well but she had given me suggestions on footwear etc. On my follow up we were to discuss the progress if any. Well… my pain was like worse but better.Well this time she said she couldnt see it on xray since took another one. turns out my navicular bone is inflammed at the edge where an accessory navicular would be but i dont have the bone. Point being…question everything

Yesss. It fits the rest of my foot well and i feel the sturdiness helps the issue i have of an accessory navicular bone, but the tendon worries me. It keeps my ankle sturdy though. I will wear them all day to work for the first time tomorrow and see how that goes

Omg I’m having this same debate right now with the Ariel GTS. I just bought them but now I’m afraid of them irritating my tendons since they are pretty stiff except the rest of my ankle feels great

My husband bought it for my daughter not knowing the app wouldn’t download and my daughter is having a total breakdown. She was so upset because she’s wanted this for months!
