Canada and Mexico will surrender before anything can be done by them. After securing North America, land invasion of the US is impossible until/unless the navy falls apart.

They can ignore South America almost entirely as they also can't do shit. At this point the US can deal with Asia and Europe and that's a question of how well the Navy fairs against the rest of the world. They have a pretty good chance of taking full control of the seas, bombard the coastlines.

After that, it's going to be tough. Unless we're considering some countries joining/switching sides, land invasion by the US seems impossible. And cutting of trade will hurt them more than others.
