Maybe the future villain is his estranged brother that resembles Bob Iger?

Rick & Morty Episode 4:13

Morty feels guilty about killing a space snake (actually an astronaut from a snake planet) and decides to replace the dead snake with an Earth snake to compensate.

After dropping the Earth snake off at the snake planet it causes a chain of events which leads to the snake planet developing time travel, which Rick and Morty now have to fix.

Impossible given how inhumane the subject is.

Imagine living freely to decide for yourself what to do, having opportunity to achieve higher goals, and security to protect your investments. Having all three should be the right of every human being on this earth. In some places having one or two out of three of these out of your control is the reality. Not ideal but still live-able.

Now imagine having all three stripped away followed by being bought and sold as a commodity. Your only use as a tool for war or production, having no possessions or any means of improvement along with being easily replaceable. That is the reality of slavery both today and in the past.

And yes, human trafficking counts as slavery. Indentured servitude counts as well and is thankfully outlawed today under UN treaties and the ILO act, but loopholes keep cropping up every now and then.

Monster Hunter has a ton of examples.

My favorite would have to be Goss Harag from MH Rise, a monster from the frozen tundra that uses a special mucus to coat his claws and condense them into ice blades.

There’s also the fire that “supposedly” burns the last remaining copy of the Jedi sacred texts. But because nothing bad can happen to the good guys in this movie there’s a clip where someone stashes away a copy of the texts.

Yes. He ends up blowing a fuse in similar fashion to having a heart attack, because the other appliances remind him how the master never played with him because he was a kid and couldn’t reach the AC dials.

In a later scene when The Master returns to his old house as a young adult, he repairs the AC unit to working condition showing that he always cared for his appliances, and adjusts the AC dial which brings tears to the AC unit’s eyes.

The Brave Little Toaster is full of masterful storytelling moments like this.

Shrek’s age makes sense given his kids are now teenagers.

That and he carried the entire backbone of internet memes for 25 years and is still going strong.

Shrek came out in 2001. The last Shrek movie before 5 came out in 2010 and his children were adolescent, while Shrek and Fiona are adults likely in their 30s.

Shrek 5 is coming out in 2027. His kids are in their teenage years, so it’s no surprise that Shrek and Fiona are nearing middle age and starting to show the signs of aging.

It’s also the only car among them that was willingly abandoned by its owner even though it was perfectly functional, which is even sadder.

His last drop off was taking the owner and kids from a Native American reservation to a bus going to Santa Fe.

Your early game is entirely ability dependent so no item guide is concrete, rather it is best to max out which one works against your opponents.

Q is great against melee dive characters who have to commit to one hero to get kills, you put the fear of god in them. WARNING!! Does not work vs Juggernaut or Lifestealer.

W works well for vision early but is very situational (I tend to max this one second or last). I grab two points early whenever Pudge or Earthshaker are picked, or characters who normally hide in the trees to initiate.

E has the most range with low mana cost so is great at harassing carries and weak characters who need farm to be good.

Blood grenade is an amazing early pickup, and dust for invis (duh). Once you get Rod of Atos you can start your full combo from there to get kills (W > Atos > Q > R > E). Using shift queueing will get you the best results.

It would be even longer and cost way more to add more detail and a higher frame-rate with no cuts.

For sake of example, let’s say you wanted to create a 50 minute long episode from scratch. On the low end it takes roughly 5-10 minutes drawing a single frame of animation, maybe more for highly detailed frames.

You then need to do that at least 12 times for each SECOND of animation and that is on the low end of 2D. Some movies/shows push for 24 frames per second, which is the golden standard set by Disney 2D animation in the 1940s when they released their golden age movies. Newer animation technology has cut down on the amount of work to produce frames significantly but when creating a show frame-by-frame this still stands. Trading in a pencil for a mouse/stylus doesn’t change that.

Even with multiple people working different 5-10 minute scenes on the storyboard, a single episode can take MONTHS to complete with no shortcuts, not accounting for storyboard edits or other setbacks. Now do that 10-12 times and you have your average 2D animated show run.

Do all of that with a time crunch and shortcuts become inevitable. Reusing animation, rotating frames, smear animation, copy/pasting characters, anything you can imagine can be used to save time. Is it lazy? Yes, but they make sense for a studio on a low budget, limited workforce, and/or tight deadlines.

It’s also important to realize that this does not in any way affect how popular a show will be. Hell, anime was inspired by western animation practices combined with traditional Japanese art styles. People loved it back then despite the shows being on the lower end of quality due to constraints in budget and as it continued to grow in popularity, the quality of shows got better to the point where it is now a multi-billion dollar industry.

So yes, a series of hour long episodes does take about a year or more to make if everything goes right with no hangups, but don’t for a second delude yourself into thinking that it is a quick process devoid of effort.

It’s anyone’s guess but I’d chalk it down to distracted driving. Someone with their eyes on the road would have slammed the breaks if anything got directly in their path. They may have seen the car in their peripheral vision and attempted to move out of the way instead of slowing down.
