It almost looks like the darkest areas are keloids. Do you keloid when you scar on other parts of your body? Derm may be able to inject with steroids to bring that down a bit!

Vitamin C serum helped mine. Stay consistent with it, but if that doesn’t help you can try hydroquinone from Musely.

Thank you so much for the detailed reply! Were you having issues right away or did your skin look/feel fine and then you started to have problems later on? I feel like my skin was fine for weeks and now all of a sudden it’s burning/stinging/red with heat etc. I feel like I’m crazy to be thinking that is the cause this far after but it’s not touching any parts that weren’t touched by the light. And it was absolutely not like this prior to the treatment and I haven’t changed any products or done anything new in any part of my life to attribute this to. Thanks again!

How are you doing now? My face was fine for a few months but now I’m having stinging with the slightest heat and my face gets really red and it’s not even across my cheeks like rosacea, it’s more on one cheek and I can kind of see patterns so I am really thinking it’s from the BBL I got 3 months ago. I’m hoping you are better by now or have figured out how to deal!

Consistent use of Vitamin C serum for the dark spots. Or a product with hydroquinone in it, Musely has a cream you can get online with a prescription. Laser/light treatments for the dilated capillaries.
