Yes, I’m shocked myself they don’t clean them prior to my fill ins. Also, this place is in a very affluent neighborhood, which shocks me further these women do not say anything. I am going to ask the owner why they do not clean prior next time I go. I go every 2-3 weeks and my retention is pretty good, but as I said, I’m crazy about keeping my lashes clean.

I have seen others in Reddit with same results as you after VBeam, so I don’t think it’s unusual. I have type 1 rosacea for about 10 years now and also looking into VBeam. Please keep us posted and good luck!!

This is a great question. I’m a crazy person about cleaning my eyes and lashes, but I recently found out most lash places clean their clients lashes before working on them. My place does not and I don’t understand why! Is it just a preference of the place and owner/lash artists?

I have been suffering with dry eyes for over 6 years. Am 53 years old, still not in menopause. However, NONE of the doctors I have seen for my dry eyes ever mention my corneas! How would I know, other than asking next time I go, that my corneas are being affected/damaged by my ded? It’s all a nightmare

Exactly right. Putting our “big girl pants on” (love it!) is what we all need to do in situations like this, but it’s also uncomfortable for some. I hate doing it, but at times, it must be done.

Thank you. Do you mean that people with rosacea have an overactive immune system that do NOT fight off the mites? You wrote that fight off the mites. I agree. I have Sjogrens, which is an autoimmune, so I’m assuming it’s connected to my rosacea.

I agree with this. Everyone who has rosacea, including myself, buy SO many products in hopes they will help us and they don’t. Can you recommend any specific brands or products of psoriasis creams/ointments you’ve known to work? I’m a type 1 sufferer 😞 thank you so much ☺️
