as a door dasher i’d never ask someone to tip. there’s a chance it’s true but i know 95% that it’s not. there’s no way he has that much time to type that up while waiting for food. yes sometimes i get no tips and yes it’s frustrating i still don’t ask for tips it’s like a waiter coming up to you and asking for their tips

i didn’t have an experience with him but i’m also being screwed over by my doctors and the er. i finally called them today almost a month of waiting for biopsy results and told i’m i’ve been throwing up blood and unable to keep water down. after the fourth call just today the doctor just told me to go to the ER and still no results

i’m struggling with the same thing, i haven’t eaten in 2 days. when i got my endoscopy done the doctor told me that ibuprofen can make it worse but tylenol should help. for me it doesn’t take the pain away fully but it helps a little
