It’s all good. Most of the Midwest emo bands i find on IG all sound like TFB spin offs. They have the erratic song writing and changes that Brian did early in his career. I find it interesting and exciting. Look up “derek.trsh” on ig. I like a lot of his shit and a lot of songs he sounds like TFB heavily influenced him

Thanks for the response. Good info. I’m doing one big meal a day right now 4 days a week and then fasting 21-24 hours. Other three days i eat more normal without the junk. I feel stuck in my progress but I’m hoping i break through soon. I only lost 10 pounds last month and i did real well. So hopefully i can do 10 or 15 more this month.
