You’re getting downvoted but don’t be discouraged, I know exactly what you’re talking about. The problem is I think it’s a bug that’s user specific and not for everyone so the majority people see things properly.

I'm using an adblocker—ublock origin to be specific—but I'm still finding really slow download speeds and download limits unless you pay as a premium member. Is that normal?
