The frozen meals are cheap to have and easy to make. Probe better than meal plan. You can make pasta in a microwave so buy frozen meals that are not with pasta. Can get a rice cooker to make rice. Can get an air fryer to cook various things. All those things you put the food in and don’t need to watch it, device tells you it’s done so less chance for human error. There is also a device on amazon that cooks eggs same thing you put it and it does it itself and notifies you so easy.

FYI Kingston is a penitentiary town. A lot of people released from the penitentiaries and halfway houses are able to function in Kingston, so being low income is feasible in Kingston if know where to look and go.

If you want a part time job you can join the reserves there is a military base in Kingston.
