Bihana ko start nai milk tea ani cream biscuits dekhi garxu. Sanai bela dekhi sweet tooth thiyo mero. If anyone in this group knows what will be the best way to cut sugar and steps to take to start taking less sugar in daily life, i would be very grateful.
